That’s where the magic truly expands. He is relentless in his pursuit for mastering his craft and lifting up those around him any chance he gets. Reba is the glitter glue that holds us all together. Not only is she a creative genius, but she is the method behind the creative madness. Reba manages our human resources, keeps our timelines in order, and overall brings the best out of each of our team members by creating an environment that allows others to explore and embrace their authentic selves. She executes her superpower in a space free from judgment and fear. Reba is supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We love that she believes that trust and self-actualization can be achieved through a safe and autonomous space.
Reba and Armando assembled a team of like-minded creatives who share their passion for design, building invaluable brand identities, and their commitment to delivering exceptional work.
But enough about them. Let’s meet some other players on our team! We are constantly growing and evolving and our team has with us.
There’s Abby, our resident Senior production design guru, who can turn even the most basic concept into a stunning work of art. Abby has exceptional taste when it comes to everything design from typography to logos to colors. Her background in illustration fuels her compelling and brave choices that never cease to impress our clients and our team. Abby is thorough and puts her heart and soul into her work. Her curiosity and whimsical nature allow her to tap into extremes of abstraction, realism, and everything in between. We are extremely lucky to have her.
We also have Alexis, our product designer, web developer, and ray of sunshine. Alexis is a human driven by creativity, critical thinking, empathy and curiosity. He believes in change and strives to see, experience, and create useful, engaging experiences and products. Alexis enjoys learning more about people and places, to connect and understand them. With his problem solving approach and his passion for delivering user-centered solutions, he has become a valuable asset to our team. The process of creating solutions, of designing with a purpose in mind, and combining passion for design and technology, is what keeps the fire in Alexis burning bright. In his words, “the best thing about solving problems is that, as a result, you are helping people, and your creations become part of their everyday life”, which is fulfilling.
Then there’s Kayla, our Senior content designer who works in sync with our team’s designs with words and choices that truly allow our clients’ brands to stand out. Her creative writing and marketing background merge together, allowing her to tie in elements of creative word choice and copy that brings about action from your audience. Her use of literary devices (namely alliteration and parallelism) and understanding rhythm, sound, and psychology, are essential in her ambition to build brands that are unabashed and unforgettable, just like her. She enjoys hiking in nature, mindfulness, and holistic health practices in her free time.
