We’re looking at our clients as our R&D for how design will exist in the next century. From processes to production, we’re taking our creative approaches into the future by leveraging today’s tech to find the design of the next century. Below are the rules and rhythms we’ve given ourselves before embarking our journey.

honest people
You are what you attract. WWS isn’t focused on building brands that only add more noise to our world. We’ve all got the power to say no.

This is not an
agency farm
No work is too little or big for us. However, we’re not here to use our talents for mindless work. As a tech enabled design studio, there’s workflows built in place for these type of scenarios.

Artificial intelligence
has parameters
The future belongs to those who learn valuable skills and put them to innovative use. We’re challenging ourselves by working alongside AI to improve our approaches and techniques.
DESIGN IS A RHYTHM
Believe it or not, design has universal rules found in other realms. Photographers, illustrators, coders, poets, architects, scientists, and engineers follow similar strategies found in branding and product design. For us, we learn ‘em and then forget ‘em. Now that’s jazz baby.

OUR RHYTHM

Never stay
quiet on ideas
Fortune favors the brave here. No idea is too deep or sky high to explore. We encourage our teammates to express their ideas out loud to see how it feels.

Design is inclusive,
not exclusive
Too often young and old designers fall in a vacuum of repetitive design. Echo chambers create bias which lead to design discrimination or misleading messaging. We embrace the full scope of what we’re building here.

Punch above
your weight
We’re not on a mission to be a huge conglomerate. That’s how creative agencies lose their vision. We’re showing the world how a small team in Kentucky can take over the universe (in a good way of course).
